Payment for the indent can only be made if the respective Depot accepts your request; otherwise, the order will be declined.
New Payment System in CSD AFD Online Portal 2025
All payments must be made using the beneficiary’s own bank account, regardless of the payment method chosen, including credit cards, debit cards, online transfers, net banking, and UPI. Payments from third-party bank accounts (even from your spouse, son or daughter) are strictly prohibited, and cash transactions will not be accepted. All CSD customers are required to utilize the payment gateway available on the CSD AFD portal for transactions from their own bank accounts. The integrated payment gateways, such as SBI e-Pay and PayGov/Razorpay, support the following payment methods.
Funds transferred from accounts other than that of the beneficiary will be classified as Third Party Transfers, and such requests may be declined by CSD Depots. In cases where the cost of the AFD item exceeds Rs.10 Lakhs, the beneficiary will have the option to divide the payment into two online transactions to address the restrictions imposed by SBI bank on the maximum allowable amount for net banking transactions.
Offline Payment in CSD AFD Online Portal 2025
If a CSD beneficiary opt for the Bank or Branch/Transfer payment method, please ensure to download the e-challan generated by the Payment Gateway. This document will include the virtual Account number, Challan Number, Merchant Order Number, IFSC code, and the precise amount to be deposited via NEFT/RTGS.
For payments processed through the PayGov (Razorpay) gateway, the Virtual Account Number provided in the e-challan will reflect the banking details of RBL Bank (IFSC: RATNOVAAPIS, with the fifth character being “Zero”). You may print the e-challan and present it at your bank, requesting the NEFT/RTGS transaction to be executed exactly as specified in the e-challan.
It is important to note that each e-challan is valid for a single transaction only. If the amount transferred does not match the amount indicated on the e-challan, the Payment Gateway will reject the transaction, and a refund will be processed back to your bank account.
