CSD Online Portal Closure Days 2025
The CSD AFD online portal (www.afd.csdindia.gov.in) will be closed for three to four days during the last week of each month to facilitate account settlements with OEMs and to update the latest rates for all available items on the portal. Notifications regarding these closures will be provided in advance on the website, along with the reopening date and time for customers. CSD customers are advised to take note of the closing dates and times for submitting their booking indents.

CSD Canteen Working Hours in 2025
The majority of URC canteens operate in two distinct segments: morning and evening. The morning session commences between 9:00 and 9:30 AM and concludes between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. The evening session begins at 4:00 to 4:30 PM and wraps up between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. For certain URC canteens situated in hill stations, the operating hours may vary slightly due to climatic conditions. In such cases, the local management of the URC canteen will determine the hours based on customer convenience when necessary.
For instance, the operating hours for the Chennai OTA URC Canteen are as follows:
- Monday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: Closed
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM
